Many have dismissed this legislation as only applying to a unique
case. Well if you’re asking me, I believe even a single incidnet
of injustice is too much, but for those of you not under that

*note: while the a U.S. Department of Education has ruled
in favor of releasing the outcome of disciplinary proceedings
to victims, many universities are still requiring sexual assault
victims to sign confidentiality agreements in order to be
told the results. H.R. 128 would clarify this type of legislation
and expand it to include cases of violent crime.
